- resolving: 'attack the problem not the person', find the cause of the conflict
Negotiation skills: trying to reach an agreement through discussion
Interview Techniques:
- interviews: tend to have more open questions, allows to explore issues, widely discussed
- open question on surveys - result in random answers
- start with closed question then to open ones
Team Building: achieve common goals
- identifying roles
- creating cohersion within the group
